OpenSuse 11.1 Beta 5 Released

OpenSuse has just released another beta version of their upcoming distribution OpenSuse 11.1. If you have been following their release calendar, they were supposed to release their Release Candidate version today but they have run into some bugs and delayed it further.

Adobe will release 64bit Flash Player for Linux soon

When we take a look at the move over to 64 bit computing, Linux lead the way way before Microsoft and Mac OS X became truly 64 bit. Many people have complained over the years that Adobe has let down its Linux users for not taking the initiative for supplying a 64 bit version of Flash player, but it seems that Adobe is finally going to do so.
