OpenSuse 11.1 has been released after several months of beta testing has gone on. This new version includes 230 new features and much more improvements.
When it comes to desktops, KDE 4.1.3 has been chosen as well as GNOME 2.24.1 and for those who cannot stand KDE 4, KDE 3.5.10 is included as well under the moniker "classic".OpenSuse 11.1 is built on kernel version 2.6.27.7, comes with the latest verison of PackageKit and much more. OpenOffice 3.0 is default office suite.
